What to include in a technical email
- Machine or cylinder application and the symptom you actually see.
- What changed recently: rebuild, new seal, different fluid, adjustment, impact or overheating.
- Pressure, temperature, fluid and motion details if known.
- Seal ID, OD, height, rod/bore size and gland width when relevant.
- Clear photos can help with context, but dimensions and application details still matter.
Do not send passwords, payment-card data, or confidential employer/customer documents. If a drawing or photo is proprietary, confirm that you are allowed to share it before emailing.

Response and safety
HydraResolve is not an emergency repair service and email guidance is not a substitute for the machine manufacturer, a qualified hydraulic technician, or the seal manufacturer's final specification. Isolate stored hydraulic energy and follow the equipment's service procedure before inspection or disassembly.
