Privacy
HydraResolve can be used without creating an account. The current interactive tools process their technical inputs in your browser.
Tool inputs
The current diagnostic, seal-identification and material-selector values are processed locally in the page. They are not submitted to a HydraResolve database in this version.
Google Analytics
HydraResolve uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic and which pages or tools are useful. Analytics storage is disabled by default and is enabled only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent notice. Your preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember it.
Hosting and security logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Standard network and security logs may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.
Advertising, forms and uploads
The Google AdSense site code is installed so Google can review and, after approval, serve advertising on HydraResolve. No manual ad units are enabled in this release. Google and its advertising partners may process device, cookie, consent and ad-request information when advertising is active. Quotation forms, user accounts and photo uploads are not enabled on the main site.
Your choice
You can continue using the core site with analytics disabled. Clearing your browser storage removes the saved analytics preference and the choice will be shown again.
Community submissions
If you use the HydraResolve Case Board, the community service may process the display name you provide, your question or reply, an optional email address, and anti-abuse technical signals. Email addresses are not displayed publicly. Technical identifiers used for rate limiting are stored as one-way hashes rather than published IP addresses. New submissions may be held for moderation before publication.
Do not submit passwords, account numbers, private customer information, precise personal addresses, or other sensitive information in a public case.
Search, feedback and advertising
Technical search runs in your browser and does not send your query to an external search provider. A helpfulness choice is saved in this browser when you submit it. Feedback events are sent only with analytics consent, with no name, email or free-text field. Analytics may use its usual identifiers under that consent, so this is not a promise of complete anonymity. Change your choice using Privacy settings in the footer. The AdSense site integration is installed under publisher ID ca-pub-9516954720018972. Ad serving depends on Google account/site approval and advertising settings. For EEA, UK and Switzerland traffic, personalized advertising must not be enabled without a Google-certified CMP integrated with the IAB TCF; the site’s analytics consent banner is not presented as that CMP.
