Methodology
HydraResolve uses transparent screening logic: symptoms and operating observations adjust the relative likelihood of plausible causes or material families. It does not claim certainty from limited inputs.
Troubleshooting logic
Diagnostic results are ranked hypotheses, not a remote diagnosis. The tool deliberately keeps cylinder-internal causes separate from valve, pressure, flow and mechanical causes where those can produce similar symptoms.
Seal identification logic
Dimensions alone rarely identify a unique seal. The identifier combines location, visible profile, ID/OD/height and optional gland or machine dimensions, then tells the user what still needs verification.
Material-screening logic
PU, NBR, FKM and PTFE are compared using broad engineering characteristics such as fluid compatibility, temperature, pressure, speed, friction and abrasion. Exact compound formulations differ substantially, so manufacturer data always takes priority.
How technical guides are built
Guides start with a specific repair question, then separate the visible symptom from the possible root causes. Where a claim depends on seal behavior, cylinder testing or material limits, HydraResolve checks manufacturer or technical documentation and lists relevant references on the page. General rules are not presented as a substitute for the exact cylinder drawing, compound data sheet or machine service procedure.
Practical review and authorship
HydraResolve publishes the tools and guides. Technical review is informed by more than a decade of practical hydraulic-seal fabrication, CNC machining, seal measurement and troubleshooting work. That experience is used to frame inspection order, measurement checks and failure reasoning; it is not presented as an engineering license, OEM approval or laboratory certification. Where a decision depends on exact compound limits, groove dimensions, pressure ratings or a test procedure, manufacturer and machine-service data take priority.
Language localization
Arabic pages are written for technical clarity and right-to-left use rather than generated as a word-for-word mirror of English. Terminology is kept consistent across the tools and guides, while familiar English abbreviations such as ID, OD, PU, NBR, FKM and PTFE are retained where they reduce ambiguity.
Corrections and review dates
Rules and wording are updated when stronger technical references, practical evidence or a confirmed publishing defect justify a change. Materially revised technical guides show an updated review date, while their original URLs are preserved.
